Robert and Doris Earl began their circus careers as aerialist, the duo performed at circuses, fairs and amusement parks. In 1964 the couple took out the "Robert G. Earl Circus" with Doris as the featured aerialist. The show was a mild success and was only on the road for two seasons, 1965-1965. It completely shut down in 2001.
